Tornike Sulaberidze is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background that spans across both the public and private sectors. He currently holds the position of Business Development Manager at a US-based technology company called Lineate, where he has been contributing to the company’s growth since September 2022.
Before joining Lineate, Tornike worked as a Counselor/Commercial Officer at the Embassy of Georgia in Washington, DC. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in promoting commercial and economic relations between Georgia and the United States.
Prior to his diplomatic posting, Tornike served as the Deputy Director at Enterprise Georgia, a governmental agency aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and investment in Georgia. He actively participated in developing strategies and initiatives to attract foreign investments and facilitate business development within the country.
Tornike also gained valuable experience within the public sector, working as a Counselor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and as the Head of Sectorial Integration Division at the Office of the State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration. In these roles, he contributed to Georgia’s integration efforts with the European Union by handling policy coordination and strategic planning.
Tornike holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Center for European Integration Studies (ZEI). He is fluent in English, German, Russian, and his native language, Georgian.

Natia’s fearless spirit and dedication to staying at the forefront of technology advancements have brought her to take up roles such as Lead Analyst and IT Business Consultant, in which she spearheaded digitisation initiatives. As an IT Project Manager, she led projects in mobile banking and digital wallets.
Currently serving as CEO of the Tbilisi branch of Exactpro, a UK-based independent provider of AI-enabled software testing services for financial sector organisations, Natia oversees a spectrum of operations: HR, administration, finances, IT-support, marketing, steering the company’s largest delivery location towards success.
As co-Founder and President of GeoSTQB, the Georgian chapter of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), Natia promotes professional excellence in software testing. Within ISTQB, she is also a member of the Women in Testing initiative and manager of the Podcast Network project. As part of the latter, in January 2024, GeoSTQB launched the “GeoSTQB Talks” podcast aiming to share regular updates in the field. Under Natia’s guidance, the GeoSTQB-hosted celebration of Software Tester’s Day in Tbilisi has become an annual international event and a unique educational and networking platform. The 2023 event was the most visited yet, with over 300 attendees.
Natia has been pivotal in establishing connections between the fintech industry expertise and 30 universities across Georgia. Natia’s dedication to raising awareness about testing as a viable and meaningful trade has influenced several Georgian universities to introduce software testing courses following the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification program syllabus.
Under Natia’s leadership at Exactpro and GeoSTQB, the numbers of training centres and junior- and mid-level software testing specialists are steadily increasing in Georgia. With Natia at the helm, Exactpro achieved accreditation as an official training course provider for ISTQB’s CTFL certification (in 2022) and the AI Tester certification in January 2024. This enables both professional and aspiring testers worldwide to benefit from the Exactpro team’s expertise when pursuing international certification.
Natia started her professional career as a business analyst and consultant working for various companies, including Ernst & Young. She continued as a Lead Analyst at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. She then worked as an IT Business Consultant at the UNDP, where she was in charge of identifying the needs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ HR department for the employee Appraisal Module, investigating the existing IT systems and integration parts, and preparing prototypes and technical IT specifications. She then worked as an IT Project Manager for the TBC bank, led the bank’s mobile banking and digital wallet projects and worked as an analyst on the Redesign Internet Banking project.
Natia holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Technology and Management from The Viana do Castelo Polytechnic Institute (IPVC) in Portugal (Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo).
