Anatoli Motkin

Anatoly Motkin

Anatoly Motkin is a successful technology investor with years of experience in political consulting and media entrepreneurship in the Eurasian region.

He began his career as a political consultant both in Israel and Eurasia. He later moved from politics to media, helping to start one of the leading Russian language media companies in Israel.

Mr. Motkin has served as an advisor and investor to both the public and private sectors, by successfully backing a number of Israeli IT projects, developed in the High Technologies Park in Belarus.

As his career has shifted over time, Mr. Motkin has consistently shown his dedication to improving business practices and government transparency in the Eurasian region.

Mr. Motkin’s extensive background has led him to deepen his focus on reinforcement of the values of rule of law and private property protection in the former Soviet region through the creation of StrategEast.

Nikoloz Chikhladze

Nikoloz Chikhladze

Nikoloz Chikhladze joined the Georgian ICT association in 2021 as a board member.

In 2013-2021, Nikoloz Chikhladze held the position of Managing Partner of Shine-Est (Belarus).

In 2007-2012 Nikoloz Chikhladze was the Deputy Executive Director of insurance company Imedi L International.

In 2004-2007 Nikoloz Chikhladze was the Executive Director of Peoples insurance company.

Prior to Peoples insurance company, from 1997 he held various positions in insurance company Imedi L International and became a chief underwriter.

Nikoloz Chikhladze a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tbilisi State University.

Levan Lekishvili

Levan Lekishvili

Levan Lekishvili joined the Georgian ICT association in 2021 as a board member.

From 21 May 2018 until 30 December 2019 Levan Lekishvili served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Liberty Bank.

Prior to joining Liberty Bank in 2013-2018, Levan Lekishvili held the position of Managing Partner of Shine-Est (Belarus).

In 2009-2015 Levan Lekishvili was the CEO of Standard Group (Lithuania).

Prior to Standard Group, he served as a Financial Director of Forward Capital from 2008 to 2009 in Belarus.

In 2005-2008 Levan Lekishvili was a CFO of Standard Bank Georgia.

In 2003 Levan Lekishvili has joined football club Dinamo Tbilisi as the Chief Financial Officer and held this position up until 2005.

Prior to Dinamo Tbilisi, he held various positions at Saqkurortbank and EA Bank.

Levan Lekishvili holds MBA degree from the European School of Management Tbilisi and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tbilisi State University.
